Transparent & Competitive Fees

The above means that there is a ‘discount’ of £100 per person when both LPAs are arranged at the same time. For example: Jim decides to set up a Will and both Powers of Attorney: Will £150 + LPAs £300 = the total is £450. Fred and Joan decide to arrange Mirror Wills and both Powers of Attorney each, therefore Mirror Wills = £250 + LPAs = £600 (£300 x 2); the total is £850.

**There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney: ‘Health & Welfare and Property and Financial Affairs; ordinarily clients set up both at the same time (recommended), so the total per person is two, per couple is four.

**In addition to my fees, it costs £82 to register each LPA unless you get a reduction or exemption. This is paid directly to the Office of Public Guardian (The ‘OPG’): https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/office-of-the-public-guardian Instructions will be provided.

*If you do not wish to proceed there is no charge….in fact there is no charge until the draft documents are in your hands. In addition, there is a statutory 14-day cooling off period applying (full refund of my fees if you change your mind). If you apply to the OPG attaching payment for LPAs (or paying online), you may not be refunded.
